Tropical Storm Fay Has the Water Stirred Up

Visibility is supposedly less than 5 feet off of Jacksonville unless you get out about 30 miles. Fay has things pretty messed up. Now here comes Gustav! The only report I have heard is about 15' of visibility once you get further offshore.

Good Luck!

Dive Report - 8/2/08

We dove in 90ft about 25nm off of the beach near the HL area. There is a definite thermocline in effect. Visibility on the bottom was probably 10ft at best and the temps were in the low 70's.

We did get a few nice snapper though!
